The three- year Degree course leading shall to the Bachlors Degree in Arts of Sambalpur University shall be spread over a period of three Academic year. A Candidate for the Bachelors Degree in Arts shall be required to pass the following Examination.
First University Examination
Second University Examination
Final University Examination
Admission in to 1st year Arts is conducted by the rules and regulation made by the Students Academic Management System (SAMS) under Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) the web site www.dheorissa.in .
Admission to the Second and Third year course shall be completed within one month of the opening of the college without waiting the publication of the result of the First & Second University Examination respectively provided that students may be, within a further period of two weeks, including Sunday on payment of late fee as prescribed by the University for each student.
